Ronald E. Denmark has served as President since 1987. He handles project estimation and preparation for bids in General Construction, sitework, paving, and utilities (Civil Construction). He also handles administrative duties including procurement of surety bonds, working with various professionals on contracts and pre-qualifications, all duties related to personnel and handeling of crews. He also handles all duties required for the every day duties running a Construction Business as President.

• Certified Building Contractor- State of Florida
  

Roy G. Meridith has served as Executive Vice President since 1987. He graduated from Tennesee Poly Tech. with a degree in Civil Engineering. He handles preparation for construction bids in sitework, paving and utilities; assisting with administrative duties; consulting with general overview of all projects.
